Burr Ridge, Ill., August 27, 2025 — Perma-Seal, the oldest family-owned and operated basement waterproofing and foundation repair experts serving the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area, is pleased to welcome Dave Krugman as Insulation Division Champion. In this key leadership role, Krugman will oversee all aspects of the company’s insulation division, a fast-growing area of the business that plays a critical role in improving indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and overall home comfort.
With 24 years of experience in sales and service management, Krugman brings a proven track record of driving double-digit revenue and profit growth year after year. He has led and developed high-performing teams throughout his career, mentoring countless professionals who have gone on to successful careers of their own.
At Perma-Seal, Krugman is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the insulation division—including revenue and profitability, marketing, sales, operations, inventory, customer service, and collections.
