I live in Tinley Park and I called Perma-Seal because my basement was leaking after every rain and they came out and gave a price quote. It was a lot of money to spend so I called another waterproofing company to get a second opinion. Perma-Seal didn’t take any shortcuts when it came to water proofing my basement. They installed a complete drain system, sump pump and sealed all the cracks that were causing water seepage. All I can say is it’s been almost 6 months and not a leak yet.

We have used them a few times for foundation crack repair. They were very quick and did the job well. When we used them a few years ago, they also had a warranty if any sealed cracks should leak again. They come out and repair again, at no cost.
