Jake was out and gave us good info on lifting our concrete and even almost pronounced are last name correctly

He even fabricated a new sp cover and cleaned up. He tested everything. He was confident and considerate. Send him next time. He’s the best.

We had the original Perma-Seal drain tile seepage solution installed many years ago and have been very happy with it. We are so grateful to have had a dry basement following this summer’s challenging storms. We typically have the system and sump pump checked on an annual basis and had been considering a battery back up sump pump.
Justin, our service technician did a thorough evaluation of the system and our property. He took the time to explain how everything works and the value added to the system by the battery back up pump. Justin answered all of our questions. He gave us time to discuss options and the information we needed to make our decision. We scheduled the installation of a new sump and battery back up pumps.
Justin is kind, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Any one who works with Justin is fortunate and is in good hands. Thank you.
