From start to finish, my experience with Perma-Seal was top-notch. First off, Matt was very professional and thorough in assessing the overall situation and was excellent at explaining why the things needing repair had gotten to be a problem, and how the recommended repairs would fix things and keep them from happening again. As it turned out, neither he or I had noticed the sump pump problem, and when I finally saw it some days later, Matt came out on a Sunday morning to figure it out and get that included in the other work Perma-Seal was going to be doing.

On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Marcos and his crew of 5 showed up right on time and got right to work. Everyone was professional, polite and happy to answer the questions I had – which truth be told were not many because the crew had given me detailed explanations of what they’d be doing up front. It was easy to tell by watching these guys that they were well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very hard working and got everything done in one day – which was surprising to me given all they had to do, but apparently not to them. Overall, I’d be happy to have a crew like this one to do any work I needed done.

I want to thank Crew Chief Guillermo for all of his hard work on waterproofing our basement. He and his crew worked very hard over the two days they were here. Guillermo kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. He was patient and gave me his time for me to ask questions and raise any concerns I had along the way. Oren Danino inspected my attic: measuring insulation depth and quality, inspecting for vermin infestation, checking for any gaps or openings.
He then gave me a report on his findings, explaining terminology and results in clear understandable terms. Based on his findings he did an energy audit. That was a fascinating experience! Again he reviewed the findings in understandable terms. He then provided options to improve energy efficiency in my home.
Submitted a proposal detailing what could be done to improve energy efficiency for my circumstances.
After using Perma Seal for other projects I was happy to see they continue to set the standard for professionalism conduct.

Enrique and his team arrived on time got straight to work and did an amazing job.
After work was completed they cleaned up check all areas and left NO telltale signs that they were ever here!!

Enrique M did a fantastic thorough job. He was polite and professional. He let me look in the attic after each step was finished. He also installed a dehumidifier. He helped me decide where to place it which was not discussed with the salesman.

Our home is a large ranch with a low pitched roof. Access to the attic is tough, I always called it a “crawl on your belly attic”.
