Motivator of the Month - Lisa Kapoun

Whether it's providing superior service to homeowners, helping out a fellow Tribe member, or supporting our suppliers, our Core Values guide every decision and action we make at Perma-Seal.

  • We work hard…Seriously!
  • We do what we say we will do
  • We strive to be better
  • We are compassionate
  • We inspire creativity, optimism, and fun!

Our Tribe lives and breathes these Core Values every day, and it's because of that commitment to our Core Values that we're able to work towards our purpose of making the world a better place each and every day. We want to recognize this enduring dedication by spotlighting Tribal members with Motivator of the Month.

Our first Motivator of the Month is Lisa Kapoun. Lisa started with Perma-Seal in March 2019 as an Inside Sales Account Manager, in her first year with the company, she has become an invaluable member of the Tribe.

"Lisa demonstrates Compassion with not only customers but our peers as well," said Lisa's manager, Bill. "She inspires me that more is possible. Driving forward every single day. Her Grit is what I admire most. She always finds a way to get it done."
