My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

Overall great service. Additional service was not quoted and added on during the process, but they gave me a discount. The floor was left a little dirty, but mostly everything was cleaned up nicely. Service crew was very professional and good a great job. Thank you

Very satisfied! The service technician took his time, explained info, answered questions and did top-notch problem solving to address multiple issues. Antonio was extremely professional
and thorough in his interaction with us. He explained clearly what he was doing as part of the preventive maintenance and how we would benefit from—and how to use—the Basement Defender which we decided to purchase based on his thoughtful and persuasive presentation. Keegan King came out to perform routine maintenance on our sump pump systems, foundation walls and dehumidifier. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what his findings were. He was professional, courteous and respectful of my house. He took the time to not only explain everything to me but he talked to my husband on the phone and explained everything to him also. All in all, a wonderful experience.
