I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. No leakage since then and its been several years. Antonio Garcia was our main technician.

First of all he was on time. Very pleasant to work with. Explained everything that he could see was the problem. The source of the water coming in to my sunroom, etc. We discovered at the during this that the problem was larger than a solution that he could provide and rather than give me a Band-Aid repair opted to have his supervisor /manager also come to look at this situation that I inherited from recent home purchase.

We love Perma-seal. They are our go to firm for any sump pump and basement water issues for us. Nico Soprano came out to check on our system and did a walk around other potential trouble areas of the basement and recommended a reasonable and affordable solution for our three window wells. He described the procedure and presented a clear proposal. Nico was informative but not pushy. We have scheduled the work and are looking forward to another positive Perma-Seal experience.

The service was explained thoroughly. They answers any questions I had. The payment process was also easily facilitated and explained. They also sent out techs to inspect a few weeks after to ensure everything is working properly. Cleanup and done 100% by their crew and they took plenty of pictures of the job they did to show me and reference. I would 100 recommend.

Antonio Garcia came out and did a 10 year warranty check on our encapsulation and turtle that were installed for our crawlspace. He did a very thorough job inspecting everything, and discussing with us. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Antonio!

Our sump pump had frozen. Antonio Garcia came in a designed a solution that met code and also will prevent the line from freezing again. He ran the discharge line inside our basement ceiling limiting access to freezing temperature. He also designed the discharge to take advantage of the slope of our front lawn. I very much appreciated Antonio’s skill, knowledge and customer serviced focus. I recommend very highly Antonio Garcia. He will provide superior customer service.

Nico Sinatra came to look at some warranty repairs and estimate some additional repairs , the estimate was fair. A crew came and completed the job , all interaction with Perma seal was exactly as Nico Sinatra said it would be and I would recommend Perma Seal .

Jake took the time to be sure of the diagnosis for an issue in our crawlspace

The sump pump maintenance went well everything checked out. Justin also checked my water heater and let me know it was in very bad shape. So I went ahead and had it replace.
