The Perma-Seal rep, Alejandro Lopez arrived on time with a smile! He did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home and the interior floors. He took photographs of the damaged areas and discussed potential solutions. He was able to provide me with a quote before he left my home. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, expertise and his custom relations skills.

We have been very pleased with Perma-Seal’s services. This year we had Alejandro Lopez inspect our pumps and he was able to identify some cracks which we are having fixed.

I was getting a notification from my Basement Defender device and gave Perma-Seal a call. Alejandro Lopez came out and found the issue with the battery and replaced it. He was quick and made everything easy.

Christian Salgado came by and made us aware that our pumps were getting old and should be replaced. He then did so, efficiently and answered any questions I had.

Jack Mann (Sales) from Perma Seal came out. Reviewed my situation trying to get my disabled son off the lift. Getting stuck, sidewalk extremely unleveled . Extremely difficult to maneuver my son. After the repairs . I am able to move my son in his wheelchair without any more issues.

We had our attic insulation replaced recently. They did a fantastic job from Nick walking us through the whole process and ensuring we were getting what we wanted to the insulation and flooring crews who couldn’t have been more accommodating, kept the working area clean, and managed in spite of cold weather. The next week, our weather plunged into a critical deep freeze, and could we feel the difference!!! No drafty areas and no icicles outside on the downspouts. Thank you! Thank you! We have used Perma-Seal for various projects in the past, and we will continue to contact them for any other needs. We give them the highest recommendation!

Oren Danino inspected my attic: measuring insulation depth and quality, inspecting for vermin infestation, checking for any gaps or openings.
He then gave me a report on his findings, explaining terminology and results in clear understandable terms. Based on his findings he did an energy audit. That was a fascinating experience! Again he reviewed the findings in understandable terms. He then provided options to improve energy efficiency in my home.
Submitted a proposal detailing what could be done to improve energy efficiency for my circumstances.
After using Perma Seal for other projects I was happy to see they continue to set the standard for professionalism conduct.
