I had a consultation with John Ferguson today. Exceptional agent, very precise and well aware of what works need to be done to repair cracks in basement. Alone with how to restructure and re-anchor foundational wall in my basement. All in a effort to stop leaking and flooding problems occurring in my basement. Tony W arrived within the window time frame provided and greeted me as he was approaching. He and I both went to the basement where he inspected the area of concern and did show where areas of water intrusion was evident. He then was able to provide a cost and a date for the repairs. Tony W is a great job all around!
