Sales Service Manager
What will you do?
- Report to Director of Sales, lead and manage a growing team of sales technicians.
- Lead group and individual training on a weekly basis.
- Formulate and implement strategies to meet or exceed departmental goals.
- Ensure clear communication among company departments and customers.
- Ensure customers have a remarkable experience.
- Provide an environment for continual growth and learning, in line with company core values.
- Be an ambassador of our company culture, values and purpose.
- Be a proven leader who can motivate, care for and inspire the team.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Skill in rapport building and explaining features and benefits of solution.
- Ability to learn, understand, accept and put into practice the 10 Steps Methodology of Sales.
- Must possess: Personal and Team Accountability, Communication, Performance Management, Resiliency, Interpersonal Skills, Result Orientation and Integrity.
- College degree in a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record considered.
