Sales Service Manager

What will you do?

  • Report to Director of Sales, lead and manage a growing team of sales technicians.
  • Lead group and individual training on a weekly basis.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to meet or exceed departmental goals.
  • Ensure clear communication among company departments and customers.
  • Ensure customers have a remarkable experience.
  • Provide an environment for continual growth and learning, in line with company core values.
  • Be an ambassador of our company culture, values and purpose.
  • Be a proven leader who can motivate, care for and inspire the team.

Skills & Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Skill in rapport building and explaining features and benefits of solution.
  • Ability to learn, understand, accept and put into practice the 10 Steps Methodology of Sales.
  • Must possess: Personal and Team Accountability, Communication, Performance Management, Resiliency, Interpersonal Skills, Result Orientation and Integrity.
  • College degree in a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record considered.
