  • Be positive over the phone and answer incoming calls with a smile
  • Make inbound and outbound calls from answering the calls of prospective clients to confirming appointments
  • Handle all clients’ appointments and jobs from start to finish
  • Work hard to provide a superior customer experience for our clients right from the beginning
  • Make the world a better and healthier place for our clients, Tribe, and community

Skills & Requirements

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic or proficient level with computer skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable speaking with current and prospective clients on the phone
  • High school diploma, or GED
