Soil Gas Ventilation System1. Soil Gas ventilation pipe - Used with a Crawlspace Encapsulation System only, this pipe prevents soil gases from building pressure under the liner by harmlessly venting them to the outside. This system never needs maintenance because there are no moving parts.
2. Active Moisture Management System (AMMS) - When a drainage system is installed along with the Crawlspace Encapsulation System, our AMMS is installed. By the use of a solar fan, an airflow system from beneath your crawl space liner is created and diverts moisture, soil gases and odors directly to the outdoors.
