Crawl Space Drain Tile and Sump Pump System

You may not yet be experiencing standing water in the crawl space (or perhaps are unaware of it), but our 4" perforated ABS drain tile system, in conjunction with Perma-Seal's sump pump and battery back-up systems ensures that your new crawl space will remain dry, even if, or rather when, the existing situation deteriorates. Our drain tile is protected against silting by a fitted sock which will prevent clogging but still allow the collection of water and does not require the hauling of tons of debris from the crawl space. After installing the drain tile and before installing the wall liner, we will lay our drainage fabric, which disperses soil gases and enhances water drainage beneath the wall liner. The drainage fabric will protect the wall liner, since it will not rot or decay, and will add a little more cushion to the floor.
