Downers Grove, IL- (February 2008) — Perma-Seal Basement Systems is pleased to announce the opening of their newest office in East Dundee, Illinois, in an effort to provide better service to the Northern Suburbs and Chicagoland area. Between 2006 and 2007, an increase of over 35% in service needs was experienced in this area. Therefore, in an effort to reduce commute times and provide more scheduling flexibility, Perma-Seal opened its newest location at 1090 Rock Road in East Dundee, IL. This service facility will immediately house a staff of 12 employees and 4 trucks, with the potential for growth as the customer base continues to expand.

Perma-Seal Basement Systems – Making a Difference to Homeowners Everywhere!

Downers Grove, IL- (February 4, 2008) — What happens when you send a talented group of volunteers from Perma-Seal to make a difference? More than you could ever imagine! Perma-Seal Basement Systems joined forces with Global Hope, Inc. in their efforts to make a difference in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward. Back in April of 2007, several Global Hope board members visited New Orleans for Jazz Fest. While they were there they seized the opportunity to volunteer with Common Ground Relief and quickly realized the ongoing need for help in the area. Upon their return they immediately began planning a pilot service trip and sought business involvement.

Very early in the planning stages Perma-Seal Basement Systems committed company resources and “adopted” a home. Their expertise and generosity transformed the endeavor from a pilot trip to a significant effort. Perma-Seal provided almost half of the volunteers, tools, materials and other significant resources. In just four days they repaired significant structural damage on two homes, replaced four roofs, water-proofed two homes, installed windows, fascia, soffits and re-engineered an unstable porch.

In his annual company address, Roy Spencer, President of Perma-Seal Basement Systems, announced that the company would be making a concerted effort to “make the world a better place”. They are a company that is led by values and ethics, which makes this direction a natural evolution. As Roy indicated, business has a responsibility to give back. New Records Set for Waterproofing Requests

Downers Grove, IL- (August 28, 2007) — Perma-Seal Basement Systems of Downers Grove, IL is busy, busy, busy after last week’s rains, high winds, and flooded streets and basements. As of Sunday afternoon, Perma-Seal’s office staff had set more than 2300 appointments for customers wanting to have their basements waterproofed in an effort to avoid further problems during the next rainstorm. The staff fielded more than 500 internet inquiries regarding flooding, waterproofing, and general requests for assistance from homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area.
