SpilloverIf the spillover joint (between the top of the foundation frame of the house) is below grade, we can lower the grade level surrounding your home so that the top few inches of the foundation are showing. If lowering the grades is not feasible, a permanent repair should include an appropriate waterproof membrane and a drainage system.
