Cove seepage

Another common type of below grade seepage consists of water entering your basement from the cove joint (where the wall and floor meet). A drainage, or drain tile, system is the permanent solution for this kind of seepage. A drain tile system is a perforated piping system that invites water in and diverts it to a sump pump. One of our drainage systems can be installed either inside or outside of your foundation wall, but should always be placed below floor level.
